The objective of this assignment was to research a specific type font and family, and the font designer while showcasing the letterforms through a cohesive design.

I chose Futura, which is a commonly-used sans-serif typeface that can be used for headlines or body text. All of the designs in the book are created from the typeface letterforms themselves. The colors and styling invoke the Bauhaus movement, which is often affiliated with the Futura typeface. The book is bound with a handmade, vinyl cover that I sewed to fit.
